Waxwork Records presents the soundtrack to Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, the provocative new coming-of-age horror from MUBI and Plan B. Alex G's haunting original score collides with a nostalgic, unexpected mix of needle drops from R.E.M., Counting Crows, Donna Lewis, Okay Kaya, Sally Shapiro, and more. Capturing the film's intoxicating blend of youth, desire, danger, and dread, this essential soundtrack brings the unforgettable world of Camp Miasma home.

Bursting with imagination and surreal wit, the film follows a young director (Hannah Einbinder) tasked with reviving the flagging Camp Miasma slasher franchise, who falls into a blood-soaked world of desire and delirium after visiting the original's reclusive star (Gillian Anderson) — under threat from the spear-wielding Little Death. This is Alex G's third collaboration with director Jane Schoenbrun, following 2022's We're All Going to the World's Fair and 2024's I Saw the TV Glow. The score includes "Pain Is the Heart of Love," a collaboration between Alex G and Paul Buchanan of The Blue Nile.
