Translated as "It's Your Turn," the project is both a gift to longtime fans who have long asked for a record that captures the chemistry and funkiness of their legendary live performances, and an introduction for new fans to the groove that has made Cimafunk & La Tribu one of Latin music's most in-demand global festival bands over the last two years.

Powered by Cimafunk alongside Dr. Zapa (musical director/drums), Hilaria Cacao (trombone/vocals), Katy Cacao (saxophone/vocals), Machete (percussion/vocals), Big Happy (minor percussion/vocals), Wao (piano), El Ra (bass), and El Friki (guitar), Te Toca features seven new original songs plus a reimagined version of "Paciente," a standout track from Cimafunk's debut album Terapia. All eight tracks were recorded live over three days at Miami's famed Criteria Studios, with all musicians performing in real time in the same room and no rerecording — raw, authentic music capturing the uplifting energy of the band's unrivaled live shows.
