OSFUR, UVITA, & Lampetee unite on Crosstown Rebels with their ‘Self Control’ EP. The three rising acts explore the space between instinct and restraint across two productions. Following the #4 Beatport Indie House charting track ‘Stukk’ on Essential Part, OSFUR and UVITA continued to build their international profile through club performances and DJ support. In tandem, their productions have received heavy support from across the scene, including names such as Adriatique, Mind Against, and Keinemusik. Joining them, Greek duo Lampetee, formed by brothers Merter and Mertchan Tzivan Sali, have curated a sound that traverses darker club sounds, hypnotic rhythms, and a strong focus on groove and progression, releasing on the likes of Crib Records, Madorasindahouse Records, and Ultra. Built around a groovy bassline that pulls you in, ‘Self Control’ is about letting instinct take over and exploring the space between the mainstream and the underground, all tied together by the catchy vocals of Joshua Morris.
