Edward - Running Back Mastermix: Edward - Edits [3LP]

Gilles Aiken, the Giegling resident known as Edward, opens up his long-growing folder of edits for the Running Back Mastermix series. These thirteen reworks were made for DJ sets over years of playing and collecting, and they read like an autobiography told through other people's records: Carl Craig, Roman Flügel, Motohiko Hamase, Kirk Degiorgio, Aubrey, Sven Väth, Michael Rother and more, spanning Japanese ambient jazz, Detroit and dub techno, house, trance and kosmische. Rather than fixing anything, he extends a passage here and exposes a rhythm there.

Every edit was officially cleared for release, spread across three vinyl records from Running Back.
