Cry Cyclops began life at the start of 2025. Made up of three-quarters of the Melbourne band previously known as Bits Of Sh*t - who released an LP on Homeless and a number of 7"s on labels such as Total Punk, Lexicon Devil and Matador, toured the US and Japan, but have been inactive for nearly a decade - the goal was jamming, writing songs and trying not to be too much like BOS. CC like the sounds of early US west coast hardcore, scuzzy Australian noise-punk and all kinds of obtuse post-punk.
