Raised on the legendary live albums of the 1970s, Riis channels that spirit into Lifandi, a title meaning “alive” in Old Norse. The album captures the raw energy and emotional immediacy of the stage, bridging the timeless essence of progressive rock with the introspective depth of his acclaimed 2025 studio album Fimbulvinter. Recorded during Riis’s 2025 European tour, this carefully curated mini-live album presents powerful performances of the epic title track “Fimbulvinter” and the haunting lead single “Gone”, alongside fan favourites “Getaway” and “Where Are You Now”, both originally featured on the 2017 album Forever Comes to an End.
