Holy Land [2LP]

Angra - Holy Land [2LP]

This second album from Brazilian prog/power metal masters Angra marks a defining moment in the band's history. Formed in São Paulo in 1991 under the guidance of guitarist Rafael Bittencourt and vocalist André Matos, Angra quickly secured a singular place in the heavy metal landscape by blending the intricate structures of European power metal with the vibrant pulse of Brazilian percussion, enriched by orchestral and classical textures.

While their debut Angels Cry had already introduced this innovative approach, it was the 1996 release of Holy Land that became their true artistic breakthrough, and it is frequently cited as the band's defining masterpiece. Available on white or black vinyl.
