Friends [7"]

Nasalrod – Friends [7"]

Nasalrod's "Friends" 45 is a two-song blast of the band's chaotic, unpredictable punk rock, released by Alternative Tentacles in partnership with Nadine Records. The songs take a demented and sometimes funny look at friendship: what friends are actually for, and what might be hiding behind a friendly face.

Recorded at Portland's Jackpot! Studios by Larry Crane (Tape Op, Sleater-Kinney, Elliott Smith) and mixed and mastered by Stephan Hawkes (Red Fang, High on Fire), it captures the band's peculiar brand of noise at full volume. Two-track 7" single: "What Are Friends For?" backed with "Behind Friendly Faces".
