Eight Ring Revival [LP]

Telemakus - Eight Ring Revival [LP]

Telemakus is an Indian-American artist, producer, composer and self-taught pianist whose music blends modern jazz, hip-hop and experimental textures, drawing on visionaries like John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, J Dilla and Robert Glasper. His debut, The New Heritage, passed seven million streams, earned attention from The New York Times, NPR and BBC Radio, and sold out two global vinyl pressings.

Eight Ring Revival takes its name from the eight silver rings Telemakus wears to support his finger joints after an Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome diagnosis. What began as a limitation became a method: collaborating remotely and even composing with his feet. The album features Flying Lotus, Karriem Riggins, Liv.e, Sparklmami, SUMIN, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Mndsgn and more.
