Soak’s fourth album, decembers, is a deeply personal record about escape, connection, and finding your way home. Written during a period when an autoimmune disease temporarily took away their ability to sing, the album emerged from silence, turning poems and fragments into Soak’s most tender and fully realized work to date. Moving between Derry, Dublin, New York and beyond, decembers explores friendship, family, growing up, getting lost, and ultimately learning to stand still.
