With its inception in 1999, FUNEBRARUM have released several demos, EPs, full-lengths and splits as well and have been an undeniable force in the underground extreme Metal scene. To date, the current line-up have remained intact since 2017. • “Beckoning The Void Of Eternal Silence” marks the group’s third full-length in 17 years with a refreshed line-up featuring original vocalist, Daryl Kahan (Assuck, Citizens Arrest, Disma, Darkened etc), drummer Charlie Koryn (Ascended Dead, Incantation, Morbid Angel, etc), guitarist Phil Tougas (Chthe’ilist, Atramentus, Worm, etc), bassist Winslow (Mutant Supremacy) and second guitarist Sam Osborne (Worm, Hulder, ex-Undergang, etc). • Partrik Fernlund of Gorement contributed guest guitar solos on ‘From Rotting Burial Shrouds’ and ‘The Whispering Cathedral’. • “Beckoning The Void Of Eternal Silence” was recorded at several locations at Elektric City Recording (Ascended Dead, Coffin Rot, etc) by Charles Koryn and at Sound Spa Studios by Stephen DeAcutis. • The mixing for “Beckoning The Void Of Eternal Silence” was handled by acclaimed engineer Stephen DeAcutis (Ripping Corpse, Evoken, Disma, etc) at Sound Spa Studios. • “Beckoning The Void Of Eternal Silence” was mastered by Daryl Kahan at Winterdark. • The cover artwork and all additional art on “Beckoning The Void Of Eternal Silence” was conceptualized and designed by Daryl Kahan. • FFO Demigod, Rippikoulu, Bolt Thrower, Macabre End & Dark Death/Doom Metal!
