An Appointment With Mr Yeats [Green 2LP]

The Waterboys - An Appointment With Mr Yeats [Green 2LP]

An Appointment With Mr Yeats sets the poetry of W. B. Yeats to the music of The Waterboys. First released in 2011, it extends a connection that began when Mike Scott set 'The Stolen Child' to music on 1988's Fisherman's Blues.

Scott, whose love of literature runs through the band's work, has described setting words of Yeats' quality to music as a privilege. This reissue has been remixed and remastered and adds six previously unreleased bonus tracks. It is pressed on green double vinyl in a gatefold sleeve.
