Cowboy Junkies - Whites Off Earth Now!! [LP]

Whites Off Earth Now!! is the 1986 debut album from Cowboy Junkies. Recorded live to tape with a single ambisonic microphone, it is made up largely of blues covers alongside a few moody originals, and established the band's hushed, atmospheric sound, with Margo Timmins' voice drifting over Michael Timmins' guitar. Highlights include 'Shining Moon' and 'Baby Please Don't Go'.

This vinyl reissue was cut at half-speed by John Webber at AIR Studios and is available as a 180g black audiophile pressing or on limited red vinyl.
