On their third album, Les Mamans Du Congo & Rrobin broaden their Afro-retro-futurist, feminist vision. Wa Sangi means "listen to the forest," and its songs move from preserving the traditions passed down by women and mothers to raising awareness of ecological, social and human issues.

With no pre-set tempo or format, tracks grow from the Mamans' voices, songs and rhythms, which Rrobin extends with electronic textures in real time during live-style jam sessions. Featuring Dobet Gnahoré on "Nlembo Ntila."
