Viktorious [Vinyl LP]

Daniel Savio - Viktorious [Vinyl LP]

Swedish producer Daniel Savio is known for funky, claustrophobic electro bangers that owe a deep debt to dub. Viktorious reworks his tunes in the dub tradition of classic roots reggae, opening up the space between the beats.

Pounding electro kicks in the lineage of Newcleus and Jonzun Crew give way to the militant drumming of Bunny Lee productions, Scientist dubs and the Roots Radics. The result is a dub conference in space.
