Cheech & Chong – Up In Smoke (Soundtrack) [Light Green Vinyl LP]

Up in Smoke is the soundtrack/comedy album tied to the 1978 film Up in Smoke starring Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong. Released in late 1978, it blends songs, comedy sketches, dialogue excerpts, and sound bites from the movie into a single listening experience. The album captures the duo's trademark counterculture humor, centered on the misadventures of two laid-back cannabis enthusiasts. Rather than being a conventional music album, it's a hybrid of soundtrack and comedy record, with musical numbers interwoven with scenes from the film. Notable tracks include "Up in Smoke", "Framed", "Earache My Eye", and "Lost Due to Incompetence (Theme for a Big Green Van)."
