Indie exclusive, limited to 1000 copies on oxblood swirl vinyl. Steve Albini's rough mixes of the untitled 1994 Slint EP, recorded by Albini in 1989 and restored and remastered from the original tapes by Bob Weston in 2025.

"Despite Steve Albini relentlessly advocating for Touch and Go Records to release Tweez in 1989, we declined. A few weeks later, Steve invited Slint to an impromptu recording session to make use of some studio time booked by another band who did not show up. At the end of the session, Steve did a quick mix for the band to take home. The next day, Steve dropped off a tape of those mixes to me at the Touch and Go office. These new Slint recordings blew my mind and I could not stop listening to them. Slint was formed in the late eighties and released two critically acclaimed records that, to this day, are unrivaled in their intensity and beauty. Tweez, Slint's first record, was reissued by Touch and Go in May of 1993. Spiderland, number two for the band and the first released by Touch and Go, saw daylight in April of 1991. Both records have gone on to become highly successful and seem to increase in popularity with each passing week.
