The Holiday Sessions [CD]

Jon Schmidt – The Holiday Sessions [CD]

The Holiday Sessions is a specially curated Christmas collection from Jon Schmidt and Steven Sharp Nelson of The Piano Guys. Schmidt's piano renditions blend tradition with fresh ideas, while Nelson's cello weaves through classic carols and modern favorites, from "Wexford Carol" and "Still, Still, Still" to the playful "Pachelbel Meets U2".

Ten warm, beautifully played pieces that make an easy soundtrack for the season, from the "North Pole Express" take on "Ding Dong Merrily on High" to a "Silent Night Lullaby". CD on The Piano Guys' own label.
