Quiet Storm [LP]

Space Afrika - Quiet Storm [LP]

Space Afrika's Quiet Storm blends ambient music, trip-hop, strings and spoken voices in a collaborative portrait of identity and city life.

The Manchester/Berlin duo of Joshua Tarelle Reid and Joshua Inyang draws on a wide circle of collaborators. Artist Glenn Ligon contributed the cover work Figure #30 and the album title, connecting the music's exploration of Black identity with its visual presentation.
