Öd [LP]

Institut für Feinmotorik – Öd [LP]

Öd turns everyday objects into an ensemble of shifting rhythms and textures. Institut für Feinmotorik use eight prepared turntables and four mixers without playing conventional records, drawing sound from materials such as rubber bands, foil and CDs. This six-track Faitiche LP pairs the collective's improvised loops with titles devised by poet Dagmara Kraus.
