New Shiny Object [LP]

Fujiya & Miyagi - New Shiny Object [LP]

Brighton's Fujiya & Miyagi have spent two decades refining a sound all their own: motorik krautrock grooves, deadpan whispered vocals and wry, oddly specific lyrics over tight, hypnotic electronics. New Shiny Object keeps that formula sharp, with songs like "Lowest Common Denominator", "Elasticated Waste" and "Yakult Classics" showing off the band's dry humour and locked-in rhythm section.

Single LP on black vinyl from the band's own Impossible Objects label, a UK import pressing.
