Though the record was backordered for months, customer service was very responsive when i reached out, but i'd recommend being the first one to reach out when backorders occur. If i hadn't queried, i would have just not known what was going on. Great record and quality assurance was good.
The records came in great shape, sound wonderful. Very happy. Much success.
