Full Circle [LP]

Fredrik Lundin, Bobo Stenson & Peter Danemo - Full Circle [LP]

Full Circle brings Danish saxophonist Fredrik Lundin and Swedish drummer Peter Danemo together with pianist Bobo Stenson for the first time, joined by young bassist Joel Illerhag. Lundin and Danemo wrote all nine pieces, returning to the open, melodic, folk-touched Scandinavian jazz of the 1970s that also shaped their 1997 album Music for Dancers and Dreamers, but with the ears of players who have spent decades refining that language.

Released on black vinyl by Copenhagen's Stunt Records, one of Denmark's leading jazz labels.
