Previously unreleased second album by US hard-rock band Fyter. Comprised of demos recorded in the late '70s', this is a more sophisticated and "heavier" effort than their privately pressed debut from 1978. Superb hard-rock sound with devastating lead/twin guitars. Fyter was a hard-rock band from Morrilton, Arkansas, known for their self-released private album from 1978. Their music blended powerful hard-rock riffs and solos with psychedelic elements, drawing inspiration from artists like Led Zeppelin, Foghat, Hendrix, Stones, Who. After recording their debut album, Fyter, the band started to work on a possible follow-up. Most of the tracks included here were recorded at a studio in Little Rock owned by a friend of the band except for few ones recorded at the band's four-track basement studio. The music contained on Flying was there, waiting on tapes in various boxes, in various closets. After 40 years it finally arrives on vinyl. Remastered sound.
