Aaron Russell & Sandy Ewen - Dissectologists [Cassette]
Genre: Ambient, Electronic, Experimental, Free Improvisation.
Aaron Russell and Sandy Ewen's Dissectologists explores abstract guitar improvisation, drones and shifting textures across four cassette pieces.
The four pieces were recorded between 2019 and 2025 across Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C. and Mexico. Russell and Ewen use guitar as a source of drones, friction and unstable textures rather than conventional accompaniment.
