Couldn't Stand the Weather (Expanded) [Yellow, Red & Orange 2LP]

Stevie Ray Vaughan – Couldn't Stand the Weather (Expanded) [Yellow, Red & Orange 2LP]

Couldn't Stand the Weather, from 1984, is the album where Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble proved Texas Flood was no fluke. It's packed with fire: the stormy title track, the breakneck "Scuttle Buttin'", "Cold Shot", the slow-burning "Tin Pan Alley" and a ferocious take on Jimi Hendrix's "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)".

This expanded edition adds a second LP of bonus recordings, including "Empty Arms", "The Sky Is Crying", "Look at Little Sister" and "Little Wing". Limited 180-gram vinyl in yellow, red and orange from Music On Vinyl, a Holland import pressing.
