Kaipa mastermind and keyboardist Hans Lundin and Nilsson were already longtime friends, having previously collaborated on the late-1990s album Hagen: Corridors of Time. Today, Nilsson is aslo known as the lead guitarist of the Swedish metal band Scar Symmetry.
