Shika Shika presents the fifth volume in their Guide to the Birdsong series, this time taking the song of endangered birds to the dancefloor. Tracks from previous Birdsong albums are reimagined by a global line-up of forward-thinking electronic artists, including Auntie Flo, Photay, Matias Aguayo, Yosi Horikawa, Tayhana, and El Búho, transforming the calls, rhythms, and atmospheres of threatened bird species into a new remix album.

The idea is simple and unique: take music made from and inspired by the songs of endangered birds, and invite some of the most exciting names in global electronic music to give them a dancefloor-ready reimagining.
