While Fighting Back is often viewed as Battlezone's classic release, many fans consider Children of Madness an underrated gem. It showcases Di'Anno moving toward a more melodic and Americanized heavy metal sound while still retaining the aggression that made him famous on Iron Maiden's first two albums. \"Children of Madness\" The title track is one of the album's standout songs, combining Battlezone's heavy riffing with a darker lyrical theme and remains a fan favorite from Di'Anno's post-Maiden catalog. Four decades later, Children of Madness remains an essential document of 1980s heavy metal and to celebrate the upcoming 40th Anniversary Deko Entertainment has remastered and repackaged this release from the former Iron Maiden frontman.
